Tecox - TEglo COntent eXtention for Joomla!

It has three diffrent parts

• TCEdetails can showing more details about a created Joomla articles
  • Showing the hits of the article
  • Showing the average hits of the article
    
    • concerning the hits per day
    • concerning the per month
    • concerning the per year
  • Showing when the last visit of an article was
  • Showing number of words in the articles
  • Showing number of characters in the articles
  • How many times the article has been revised
  • When it was written and by which author
  • When it was modified and by which author
  • When the article was published
  • When the publishing for the article will ends
  • Showing the Item ID of the article
    
    
• TCEsocial integrated some social networks in the Joomla articles
  • Facebook, Like-Button / Recommend-Button
  • Twitter-Button
    
    
• TCEtypo can automatically replaced in the articles text parts extracts the correct HTML code for several special characters, such as "Umlaute" in German

This three diffrent positions are possible:

• Before the title of the article
• Before the introtext of the article
• After the fulltext of the article

With a module part, there is the possibility to create a link list of recently visited articles. Thus, it can generate a higher link dynamics on the website.
Here are two additional options are possible:

• Showing the number of article hits
• Showing the time distance, when the item was visited for the last time.

Bugfixes

• When the time distance was greater than 10 years, there was a wrong value appears.
• In the plugin standards settings for TCEdetails module was preselected two failure values.

• Change the insert function the the last visit part. Now it´s using the Joomla Framework part with JTable for more security.

Innovations

• From the simple TCE Joomla plugin, has become now a complete component. It´s now called Tecox - TEgloCOntentEXtension
• All component parts, plugins and language sections (English / German) will be installed and setup automatically.
• There are two Tecox plugin modules
  * TCEdetails - Functions as in the previous TCE plugin
  * TCEtypo - Automatically replaced in the article text extracts the correct HTML code for several special characters, such as "Umlaute" in German
• All times are now related to the time zone of the visitor. It´s therefore not see any more absolute server time.
  Provided the user may allow execution of JavaScript and the setting of cookies
• A new option are to display the Date / Time information, when was the last visit on the article. In this case all three display options are available
  * Date / Time
  * Time distance, z.B. "Last visit 45 minutes ago..."´
  * A combination of the first two options.
• In the administration section, will be displayed the version of the installed compontent, and the currently available version. Thus, you will always get the right version in mind.

• If a date was within 24 hours, but is was between two calendar days, became to display one day too much.
• If no date value exists in the database, ther was an absurd period of time displayed, "Created from 2010 years ago ..."
